Internet Explorer 11 is officially supported for use with NetResults Tracker.

For cloud customers (Tracker installed on NetResults' servers), no action needs to be taken. If your workgroup is not version 6.7.0 or newer, it will be upgraded soon. In the meantime, you can safely ignore the warning and login. The color gradients will not display correctly and a few operations will not be available, but the vast majority of Tracker features can be used with IE 11.

For on-premises customers (Tracker installed on your servers) using version 6.7.0 or newer, no action needs to be taken. However, if you are not using the latest Tracker version we strongly recommend upgrading to get support for latest versions of Edge, Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Firefox ESR, Java 8, SQL Server 2016, and more.

For on-premises customers using versions older than 6.7.0, you must upgrade to the latest Tracker version to get Internet Explorer 11 support. Upgrading will also add support for the latest versions of Edge, Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Firefox ESR, Windows 2012, Windows 2012 R2, SQL Server 2014, SQL Server 2016, Java 7, Java 8, and more.
